1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 0 to 2 business days. Most orders ship the same day if placed before the designated cut-off time.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day processing. Orders submitted after this time, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• International destinations

4. Shipping Carriers

UPS is our primary shipping carrier. However, we may use other reputable carriers based on availability and delivery requirements.

5. Shipping Rates and Options

• Free Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on orders over $200
• UPS Ground (3–5 business days): $10
• UPS 2-Day Air: $20
• UPS Next Day Air (1 business day): $40

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and order total.

6. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also track your shipment directly through your account or using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

7. Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes are calculated and included in your total at checkout, based on your shipping destination.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ezpeptides.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either replace or refund the affected items as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated via email when appropriate.
