Affiliate Terms of Use

As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of EZ Peptides (“EZ Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Affiliate Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting EZ Peptides as an Affiliate.

Your participation in the Affiliate Program (“Program”) is solely to legally advertise our website in order to receive a commission on eligible products purchased by individuals referred to EZ Peptides by your own website or personal referrals.

By signing up for the EZ Peptides Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all terms and conditions contained herein.

Approval or Rejection of the Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program application.

We may also request additional information from you, such as website URLs, social profiles, or other details, to evaluate your application.

Commissions

Commissions are paid once per month.

For an Affiliate to receive a commission:

The referred order must be successfully completed and not be subject to chargeback, refund, or fraud investigation.
The referred account/order must remain active and in good standing for a minimum of thirty-one (31) days.

You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts or purchases.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks, refunds, cancellations, or suspected fraud will not be paid out or may be reversed.

Commission Attribution & Promotions

Commissions are attributed based on our standard tracking methods, which may include cookies, unique affiliate links, and/or unique affiliate coupon codes.

A commission is only earned when our system records your affiliate link or coupon as the valid, last-click referral at the time of purchase.
If a customer chooses to use a different coupon code, promotion, loyalty discount, or another affiliate’s link or code at checkout, that order may not be credited to your account.
EZ Peptides may run its own promotions, loyalty programs, sales, or discounts at any time. Affiliates are not guaranteed that their coupon codes will match or exceed any site-wide promotions or loyalty offers.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that our internal tracking and reporting systems will be the final authority for determining commission eligibility and amounts.

Termination

Your affiliate application and/or status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:

Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, deceptive copy, etc.).
Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, unsolicited messages, etc.).
Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities or content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate.
Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines or any applicable state laws.
Violation of intellectual property rights. EZ Peptides reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ any trademarks, logos, or branding of EZ Peptides in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
Offering rebates, coupons, cash-back, or any other form of promised kick-back from your affiliate commission as an incentive to purchase. (Adding bonuses or bundling other products with EZ Peptides products is acceptable, provided this does not misrepresent our products.)
Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected Affiliate fraud of any kind.
Unprofessional, hostile, or abusive communication with EZ Peptides staff, including harassment, threats, or attempts to coerce changes to Program terms, commission rates, or policies.
Inactivity, including but not limited to failing to list or promote EZ Peptides on your website or channels for an extended period, as determined at our discretion.

In addition to the foregoing, EZ Peptides reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, and for any violation of this Agreement or for no stated reason.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you (including use of our branding and links) will immediately cease and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if associated with violations of this Agreement.

Affiliate Links

You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within your email messages. You may also advertise the EZ Peptides site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers, provided that such advertising complies with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own, as long as they are appropriate, accurately represent our brand and products, and do not violate any terms outlined in the Termination section.

You may not represent yourself as an employee, partner, or owner of EZ Peptides, or imply any official endorsement beyond that of an independent affiliate relationship.

Coupon and Deal Sites

EZ Peptides occasionally offers coupons to select affiliates and to our newsletter subscribers. If you are not pre-approved or assigned a branded coupon, you are not allowed to promote that coupon.

The following terms apply to any affiliate who promotes EZ Peptides products in connection with a deal, coupon, or discount:

Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images that implies any savings or offers other than those currently authorized for that affiliate.
Affiliates may not bid on “EZ Peptides Coupons,” “EZ Peptides Discounts,” or similar phrases implying coupons are available.
Affiliates may not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other visible or hidden actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user has expressed a clear and explicit interest in activating a specific savings by clicking on a clearly marked link, button, or image for that particular coupon or deal. Your link must send the visitor to the EZ Peptides site.
Users must be able to see coupon/deal/savings information and details before an affiliate cookie is set (e.g., “click here to see coupons and open a window to merchant site” is not allowed).
Affiliate sites may not have “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or any variation when there are no valid coupons or deals available, if that click opens the merchant site or sets a cookie.

Affiliates who violate these terms may be removed from the Program immediately and may forfeit any unpaid commissions.

Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy

PPC bidding on EZ Peptides branded terms, misspellings, or close variations is not allowed without prior written permission from EZ Peptides.

If permission is granted, it may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion.

Liability

EZ Peptides will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (including, without limitation, loss of revenue or commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, program interruptions, or any results of intentional or unintentional harm to the Program and/or our website(s).

We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the products sold by EZ Peptides. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Term of the Agreement

The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated, either by you or by EZ Peptides.

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any material changes by email and/or through the affiliate dashboard. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your sole option is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EZ Peptides and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns (including those licensed or authorized by EZ Peptides to transmit and distribute materials), from and against any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to:

Your participation in the Program;
Your breach of this Agreement; or
Any negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct by you.

Electronic Signatures

This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the EZ Peptides Affiliate Program.

You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the EZ Peptides affiliate application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
